Welcome to the October issue of PSI TECH's
The Matrix Newsletter.

The purpose of this publication is to disseminate information about Technical Remote Viewing and PSI TECH activities. In this issue, we will introduce our 911 Project Report and describe how TRV was used to access information about upcoming events.
